The first day is dedicated to theory: we’ll delve into plant physiology, pruning techniques, and the principles of sustainable olive grove management. The second day, however, takes place directly in the field, where participants will be able to put what they’ve learned into practice, working with trees of different varieties, shapes, and ages.
